Thanks so much for commissioning me, or considering it!

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read,

understood, and agree to the following terms.

​

I reserve the right to refuse any commission request! It's not personal, so please don't be upset. I might decline a commission for many reasons, but you're more than welcome to ask me again at a later date.

​

 I reserve the right to cancel any commission for any reason or without citing a reason. But I will always refund 100% of the amount paid if I'm the one canceling the commission. 

​

I reserve the right to cancel a commission if the client is abusive or uncooperative.

​

As the customer, if you cancel the commission then you will only be refunded partially depending upon how much work I've completed. If I have not started your commission then of course you will get your full amount

returned to you.

If you give me artistic freedom to make decisions regarding the commission, I will not make major edits or redraw a different pose. (Doing so will result in additional fees)

​

All wanted edits/changes must be communicated during the sketch stage. Asking for big edits once line-art and colors are done will result in additional charges. 

​

I am happy to apply changes to your commission within reason. Especially if there are errors like missing markings that were my fault. However, extra nit-picking and an excessive amount of changes will result in additional charges. 

​

I will not be responsible for false or incomplete information provided by the client. Asking for changes not seen in the provided references or not previously discussed beforehand will result in an additional charge.

While I always try to clear my list in the order that they were received, sometimes I do jump around. By working on pieces that I feel  the most like doing, it results in a better product and faster turn-around for everyone! Thanks for understanding.

Your commission will take anywhere from 2 days to 2 months to be completed. You are welcome to check in with me anytime regarding the status of your art. I don't bite and Im great at getting back to you quickly. 

​

Once your commission files are delivered to you please save/download them. Is it your responsibility to keep backups of the files. If you lose the files I am not responsible for replacing them. I do delete old art and Photoshop files after some time has passed. 

​

Once your commission files are delivered to you, you must ask for any needed changes within 3 days. I don't keep completed Photoshop files for long. After they are deleted I will no longer be able to make any changes to your art or provide back-up files.

​

You must be AT LEAST 18 years of age when commissioning adult artwork.

​

While I do post most of my commissioned artwork, sometimes I do not. I may or may not post your commission , please dont hound me to do so. It's my gallery to do as I please.

​

I only do commission correspondence through notes/pms or email. I do not use live messengers for commissions as it is distracting to my workflow.
